AI Classification Guidance What an AI reads to decide an uploaded document is this document type rather than another. Describe what distinguishes it (issuing body, title, layout, wording). Pick for a health insurance card or insurance policy.

Not expired The artifact must carry a validity date that is on or after the extraction date. Untampered The artifact must show no signs of manual editing or forgery. Identity match The person named on the artifact must match the worker's identity. Approved issuer The issuer of the artifact must be recognised or approved. Source verification coming soon The artifact must be verifiable against the issuing authority's register (primary-source verification). Completeness Every field on the form must be filled in. Signature The form must be signed.

Custom Checks

Plain-language pass/fail conditions an AI evaluates against the document, for requirements the built-in checks don't cover (e.g. "the BSN is visible on the passport"). Every custom check must pass for the credential to be granted.
